Greetings Delegates,

We have provided the Liability Waiver, Code Of Conduct and Rules Of Procedure. We request all delegates to take a printout of the Liability Waiver and submit it to us, fully filled, on the first day of the conference i.e. August 1st. Please note that the Liability Waiver is NECESSARY in order to be permitted to enter the conference. In addition to this, the Code Of Conduct will also be provided. Kindly go through it before the conference to ensure you are aware of the guidelines and expected behaviour during the conference. Adherence to the Code of Conduct ensures a respectful and productive environment for all participants.

Lastly, the Rules of Procedure will be included for your reference. Familiarize yourself with these rules to understand the  process that will be followed during the conference sessions, excepting a few cases.
